Our process

Step by step
how we do it

periwinkle-dots

01.

Discovery

To gain a deeper understanding of your organization’s competitive position, business goals, and key stakeholder needs, we conduct a research-based SWOT analysis and management interviews to inform our strategy & planning recommendations.

02.

Strategy + PlanningUsing the insights gathered during the Discovery phase, we create a comprehensive brand engagement strategy that aligns with your business plan. This includes setting specific marketing objectives, identifying message platforms, understanding stakeholders’  needs, and recommending effective channel strategies. Our approach ensures that all aspects of the strategy are carefully tailored to meet your unique needs and objectives.

03.

Go-To-Market

Our campaigns are closely aligned with your business growth strategy to achieve its planned objectives. We develop content for use across paid, earned, shared, and owned marketing channels, design + create graphics and other visual assets to visually tell your brand narrative, and set timelines and responsibilities for engaging with your stakeholders.

04.

Assess + Optimize

We measure campaign impact and use the results to inform future strategy & planning. This may involve tracking metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and news media coverage. The aim is to assess the impact of the campaign and make necessary revisions to optimize your brand’s reputation.

Hey!

Liz is a PR and writing pro with 25+ years of experience across a wide range of verticals and a concentration in tech. She has worked with scores of platinum brands and helped to nurture many niche and rising brands across B2B segments. She has deep experience in brand positioning and product public relations, special events marketing, employee relations and professional development, and crisis communications. She’s also a senior-level strategic counselor, having advised global security firms through numerous cyberattacks in 2021 and 2022, and helped many other companies thwart crises with careful advance planning. She has guided multiple startup CEOs through early company challenges and roadmap decisions. As a key advisor to Samsung, Liz helped the company when its faced challenges with consumer audiences and didn’t have good relationships with trade press and product reviews were suffering. Liz started a product loan program, went in person to key outlets like Consumer Reports and CNET, and boosted their TV review profile. She also wrote and edited all TV and audio entertainment collateral, including press materials and CEO speeches, for all entertainment division press conferences for three years, in addition to managing events. For AT&T, Liz advised the brand when it was trying to woo business customers with specialized products, like business messaging, but kept losing ground to more creative mainstream apps. Liz led the team that wrote their internal and external collateral, created videos, a website, and other materials with a focus on their sales force - all in three sleepless months. Ask Liz about the time that she… Helped to put telemedicine startup doxy.me on the map during the early days of the pandemic, with media coverage that helped them scale and add key partnerships. Or, when she maintained media and analysts relationships through severe product shortages for Sharp Electronics, helping them to gain valuable ground quickly when manufacturing issues were resolved. Or when she helped IBM write their Environmental report - and ended up designing it, too. Or when she completed a 2-year search and rescue training course while with the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary - and got called to lead a successful 3-state search the next day. This range of experience has provided Liz with a focus and agility to assist clients with a wide range of challenges.
